In this 8-week challenge, we want to encourage you to achieve a new commitment to fitness. Each participant that registers will be challenged to: 1) Complete a Pre and Post Fitness assessment 2) Complete 2 workouts a week with a certified personal trainer during the morning or afternoon sessions. 3) Log additional personal workouts to meet a total of 150 min of physical activity per week. A prize will be awarded to the individual with the most signifant positive change in body composition!
